We are seeking a highly motivated, open minded, passionate Scientist with a strong background in the field of immunology with a focus on tissue derived signals and their contribution to local immune cell interactions & immune responses. Deep understanding of stromal cell biology, their interactions with immune cells and contribution to diverse immune mediated pathological conditions is highly desired. Demonstrated ability to translate such knowledge from animal models and/or in vitro primary cell assays and apply it towards the identification of targets/pathways as potential therapeutic modalities for immune diseases. Solid hands-on experience with diverse autoimmune disease models, multicolor flow cytometry, co-culture assay systems; experience with data mining of profiling/sequencing data is highly desired. PhD in immunology with 3-4 years of Postdoctoral studies or minimum 3 years of industry experience. Ability to independently design, execute experiments, propose new targets, handle (maintain lab notebook) and communicate data in a timely manner is required; experience in driving projects is preferred.

*Must have experience in tissue culture. Cell line and primary cell based assay (mouse and human) experience along with knowledge of flow cytometry (multi-color) is a plus.

*Must have experience conducting experiments using mouse models of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases with training in the proper handling and care of mice, general surgical techniques, and the collection/processing of blood and tissue samples.

*Must have experience with RNA/DNA isolation and basic molecular biology skills.

*Must have experience with ELISAs & MSDs, Luminex etc. Histology/RNAScope experience desired.

*Preferred experience analyzing biological data using GraphPad Prism, FACS DIVA software, FlowJo, SoftMax Pro, and Meso Scale Discovery (MSD) Discovery Workbench software.

*Preferred experience with primary human cell isolation and design/execution of immunological assays. RNASeq and/or Single cell seq desired

*Experience in interpreting, analyzing and presenting research data and working in fast-paced, result oriented research environment and inter-departmental collaborations. Identification of new targets based on data analysis - published or based on own work.
