We are seeking an innovative and motivated PhD scientist to join the Bispecific Antibodies Group. The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for the design and development of novel antibody-based molecules across multiple therapeutic areas and their progression into pre-clinical development. This candidate will be expected to work collaboratively and communicate well both within group and across group settings. Technical skill in molecular biology, cell-based assays, and protein expression analysis is essential. Attention to detail coupled with an aptitude for learning are also key elements of the position.

Requirements


Experience and Required Skills:

The qualified individual will possess a PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field with 2-5 years post-doctoral or industry experience. Must be able to work productively in a fast-paced collaborative team environment. Excellent communication skills are also required. A background in immunology or oncology is highly desirable.
