   Main Duties and Responsibilities  

   The Clinical Pharmacology & DMPK (CPD) Department is seeking a highly motivated individual with established experiences in biomarker development to join the bioanalytical group as a Scientist 2 / Senior Scientist. You will function as bioanalytical leader at cross-functional teams to support biomarker development for biotherapeutic products at various stages of research and development. You will design the bioanalytical strategy in support of preclinical and clinical studies. Other responsibilities include scientific evaluation and hands-on laboratory research in biomarker identification, and leading development of immunoassays and activity assays for biomarker evaluation and immunogenicity assessment.  You will conduct bioanalysis in compliance with GLP regulation.  You will also provide data interpretation and reporting in support of preclinical and clinical studies, as well as contribute to regulatory submissions.  


   Essential Requirements  

   For Scientist 2:  

  •      PhD with a minimum of 3-7 years industry experience indrug development and biomarker identification

   For Senior Scientist:  

  •      PhD with a minimum of 7-10 years industry experience indrug development and biomarker identification

   For both roles:  

  •      PhD in pharmacology, cell biology, immunology, or a related field in the biological sciences    
  •      Good knowledge and established experience indrug development
  •      Experience with regulatory interactions    
  •      Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills    
  •      Experience with working in cross-functional teams    
  •      High level of expertise in biomarker identification in support of clinical development for oncology programs    
  •      Demonstrated ability for scientific insight and conceptual thinking    
  •      Strong expertise in cell-based, immunoassay development    
   Desirable Requirements  

   For Senior Scientist:  

  •      Project team leadership experience    
  •      Experience with managing direct reports    

   For both roles:  

  •      Familiarity of GLP regulations    
  •      Prior experience and understanding of regulatory requirement for method development and validation
