Description

3M is seeking a Sales Representative for our Roof Tile Adhesive line within the Building and Contractor Division. The ideal individual will be responsible for promoting the sales, use and installation of the Roof Tile Adhesive and other associated products to Roofing Distribution, Building and Roofing Contractors along the Southeast Coast of Florida.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
-  Exhibit leadership with accounts and peers, Manage assigned territory, Must be self directed and motivated
-  Requires use of computers, including basic Personal Computer (PC) software, specialized sales software and online sales support systems
-  Leverages working relationships with key people in accounts and or distributors at all levels

Location: The person hired for this position will be located in Southeast Florida. This position may include up to 30% travel. Territory will be Monroe County north along east coast of Florida , north to Indian River County

Qualifications

Basic/Minimum Qualifications:
-  Minimum of a High School Diploma is required
-  Minimum of three years experience in the roofing industry is required

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree preferred
- Bi-lingual in Spanish will be a plus
- Five to Ten (5-10) years of experience in the roofing industry within the Florida marketplace is preferred
-  Experience within the roofing and/or building materials industry promoting roofing products within the state is preferred
- Exisiting relationships and contacts within the distribution, construction and roofing industry of Southeast Florida is preferred
