Primary Responsibilities:

•   Meet and exceed business and sales objectives in the given territory through networking and strong relationship building.
•   Develop relationships with existing customers; manage and expand current business through an understanding of customer workflows.
•   In collaboration with key stakeholders develop a business plan to identify new customers, understand their goals and objectives, and present how VitroDx can provide an optimal solution.
•   Work with the internal custom project management team to deliver business proposals, pricing and supply agreements to customers.
•   Maintain knowledge of competitors’ offerings and develop strategies to combat them within the territory.
•   Provide customer feedback on technology and product performance to the in-house team to leverage in developing new business strategies and product offerings.


•   Bachelors and above in a core life science discipline; advanced degree preferred.
•   Minimum 2 years proven experience successfully developing laboratory consumable business in life science/diagnostics markets.
•   Demonstrated knowledge of biology workflows required.
•   Experience in regulated markets a plus.
•   Motivated self-starter and network builder.
•   Skilled negotiator in a business setting.
•   Excellent communication & presentation skills.
•   Strong team player with the ability to build relationships, collaborate with, and gain support from others.
•   Willingness and ability to travel 35-50% time.
