Job Description


We are seeking a highly-motivated Research Associate/Senior Research Associate with hands-on experience in antibody discovery using hybridoma approach to contribute to the development of Adicet Bio’s proprietary immunotherapeutic programs


Adicet bio, Inc. is a privately held, preclinical stage biotechnology company that is engaged in the development of cutting-edge immunotherapies for cancer and other disease indications, with a focus on novel universal immune cell therapies. Adicet’s immune cell platform is complemented by expertise of its wholly owned subsidiary, Adicet Bio Israel Ltd., which identifies and validates novel disease specific peptide-MHC targets and antibodies to them. Such disease specific peptide-MHC complexed molecules can be targeted with TCR-like antibodies and CARs that significantly broadens pool of reachable targets in various indications to include intracellular proteome.

Adicet Bio was founded in late 2015 and closed a Series A financing of $51M in Jan 2016. This financing was led by OrbiMed and also included Novartis Venture Funds and Pontifax. In August 2016, Regeneron and Adicet Bio announced a strategic collaboration to discover and develop next-generation engineered immune-cell therapeutics for which Adicet received a $25M upfront payment from Regeneron.

In September 2016, Adicet Bio was recognized and named by FierceBiotech to its “Fierce 15” Biotech Companies of 2016


Support antibody generation within the Hybridoma group.  Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, immunization, fusion, screening, and monoclonal antibody production.


•   BS or MS in cell biology, immunology, or related field with 2+ years of relevant academic or industry experience
•   Strong background in cell culture
•   Previous experience in hybridoma generation techniques
•   Comfortable working with rodents
•   Hands-on experience with antibody binding assays such as Elisa and FACS
•    Experience with high throughput automation is a plus
•   Experience with mammalian cell transient transfection is a plus
•   Strong oral and written communication skills
•   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to manage multiple projects
•   Team player and also able to work independently
