We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible candidate with a background in antibody drug conjugates. The position will support the discovery and development of candidate Probody therapeutics. The individual will provide assay support for pipeline research programs. Responsibilities will include the implementation of biochemical and cell-based assays to support the development of new Probody therapeutics. The position will require the use of ELISA, Western blot, capillary electrophoresis, flow cytometry, cell proliferation assay and other quantitative techniques. Successful candidates should have the ability to organize and interpret data to contribute to project planning and success. The successful candidates will be expected to work effectively in a highly collaborative and dynamic environment to ensure optimum progression of projects.

Requirements

The successful applicant will have a BS/MS in biochemistry, cell biology, or related field and a minimum of 2 years experience in an industry laboratory setting. Experience with cell culture, cell-based assays, and flow cytometry is essential. Some background in antibody drug development and oncology is desirable. Good communication skills and a can do attitude are significant positive attributes for any applicant.
