Job Description

Overview:

Consultant to manage Process Capability project. This is a global project spanning Large and Small Molecules, all Drug Substance and Drug Product manufacturing sites, and has a high level of visibility. The consultant must have a proven track record leading cross-functional and global teams for IT projects and a strong technical knowledge of project management methodologies

Responsibilities:

  • Report to and take direction from the XXX Workstream Lead but also provide input to the overall Program Manager for communication and budget purposes.
  • Develop detailed project schedules and change management plans and help the Workstream Lead engage stakeholders at Roche sites globally.
  • Manage team meetings (prepare agendas, facilitate discussions, record and document minutes, document and track action items).
  • Prepare status reports and summaries for Workstream Lead and to share with Roche Program Manager for consolidation into overall project communication packages.
  • Work closely with Workstream Lead and team members to identify risks and brainstorm ways to eliminate or mitigate those risks.
  • Facilitate team brainstorming and/or problem solving discussions.
  • Hold team members accountable for delivery of agreed timelines.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Project Management in GMP regulated environment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation, presentation, organizational and management skills.
  • Proficiencies with MS Office and specifically MS Project and SharePoint are required.
  • Ability to combine and integrate scientific background, biologics manufacturing knowledge, regulatory and compliance understanding to facilitate effective project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter and to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced, dynamic, team-based environment.
  • Ability to work in global environment reaching out to multiple manufacturing sites across time zones including potential for early morning and/or late night meetings.
  • PMP certification a plus.
  • Willing to travel: 3 to 4 international trips per year.
