Job Description

This is an opportunity for an experienced, high-level manager and subject matter expert seeking a new challenge and the opportunity for significant compensation. Falcon Consulting Group, LLC is an established, international Pharmaceutical/ Biopharmaceutical Consulting Firm with an excellent reputation.  The Practice Leader is responsible for the creation and growth of a new services group for Falcon.

The Practice Leader is responsible for all aspects of the management and oversight of the services group.  This includes: sales, definition of strategic direction, proposal development, delivery of services, and recruitment of services resources.  The Practice Leader is expected to generate new business and directly provide and manage Falcon client services.  Compensation for this position is performance-based. Travel is dependent upon the location of engagements. The Practice Leader reports directly to the Managing Partners of Falcon Consulting Group, LLC.

Requirements

Advanced degree (and/or equivalent); minimum of 10 years  of pharmaceutical industry experience with demonstrated experience and relationships with regulatory agencies, including the FDA and ex-US Regulatory Authorities.  Experience with clinical trial applications and product registrations of new chemical and biological entities; clinical trial submission systems and operations expertise preferred; established contacts within the Pharmaceutical/ Biopharmaceutical Industry.
