Oncology Specialist - Wilmington, DE
*Bachelor's degree
*Minimum of 6 years of biopharmaceutical hospital or oncology sales experience

Internal Promotion Criteria:
*Minimum of 3 years as an Eisai Oncology Account Representative
*Minimum of 3 consecutive Eisai performance evaluations of meets expectations or higher
*Achievement of an Exceeds expectation performance evaluation in the year of promotional consideration
*Approval from annual DM panel calibration process
