Job Description

The Marketing Associate Director, the Regional Marketing Manager will be accountable for developing & executing regional marketing strategic initiatives, campaign execution and demand generation in North America. Partnering with the commercial organization, the Regional Marketing Manager will provide direct marketing, events and training support as well as leading regional focused marketing plans, measuring success of established goals. This position is based with the headquarter office with up to 25% domestic travel.

Duties and Responsibilities

•   Contributes to the development of both strategic and tactical marketing plans for areas of responsibility by proposing, developing, and executing detailed program plans for regional marketing campaigns.
•   Collaborates with USA sales team, inside sales team and CRM Manager to plan and execute marketing activities to support fiscal success. Ensure alignment of regional marketing program plans among Product Management, Regional Commercial Leaders, and other stakeholders.
•   Execute regional marketing programs that drive demand generation, pipeline health and new contacts in these segments.
•   Work with Product Manager and global Marketing team on developing go-to-market strategy for new product launches to meet revenue goals and successful market adoption.
•   Drive US event marketing: Plan and organize ACD participation to major USA conferences (AACR, SFN, USCAP…), lead organization and execution of ACD USA symposiums, user meeting, webinar, provide support to USA sales team for participation at local vendor shows.
•   Execute email blast campaign and advertising to support USA business.
•   Share best practices, effective regional strategies and high ROI campaign approaches with ACD marketing team.


Education & Experience

•   Bachelor or Ph.D. degree in Biology, Molecular Biology or a related field of study
•   Technical knowledge in the areas of IHC, RT-PCR,IHC, Gene Expression Profiling, etc…
•   Excellent writing and editing skills, particularly for communicating scientific information, applications, and articles of interest, accurately and appropriately to different target customer segments, including Scientific Buyers, Influencers, and Users.
•   Must be a self-starter and thrives both in working independently and collaboratively with other team members.
•   Must be able to manage project scope, budget and schedule to achieve timely completion of project deliverables.
•   Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•   Highly motivated and flexible individual to play a central role in a fast growing company.
•   Ability to travel up to 30%.
•   Able to work in a multidisciplinary team and under pressure to tight deadlines
•   1-2 year of Marketing experience required.
•   Experience in developing and deploying global or regional integrated marketing programs; biotech and /or life sciences industry and related products.
•   Experience with CRM, CMS, Marketing Automation Software
