As a Multi-Channel Marketing Manager in Gaithersburg, MD, you'll play a pivotal role in channeling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients' lives. North American Commercial is the 'face' of AstraZeneca and MedImmune to our many healthcare clients. They represent many of the most well-recognized and respected products in the industry and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
As part of the Multi-Channel Relationship Marketing Team within AstraZeneca's Global Commercial Operations Group, the Multi-Channel Relationship Marketing Manager will be the expert in evaluating data exchanges, integrations and workflow build required to deliver campaigns. You will work closely with our off-shore resources to deliver on-time campaigns that deliver on the campaign strategy. This includes establishing relationships with MCRM Leader, agency operations partners and the MCRM Operations team to build and execute multi-channel marketing programs to healthcare professionals and consumers. You will have accountability for delivering execution excellence to their assigned brands and is responsible for data integrity, continuous campaign monitoring and external compliance in compliance with all AstraZeneca privacy, opt, quality and security policies. You will Deliver MCRM Campaigns that drive business results for the assigned brands. You will partner with MCRM Leader, GCO team members, and other partners to launch efficient and effective campaigns that support marketing objectives. You will contribute to and influence the evolution of our MCRM capability as a meaningful component for the delivery of global business outcomes. You will be responsible for working with assigned MCRM Leader, MCRM Operations team to align and document campaign design and implementation. You must be able to understand campaign approach, target segments, data exchanges, salesforce, media and 3rd party integrations. You will analyze campaigns through metrics to ensure operational integrity. You will set and maintain program launch expectations and overall campaign status by creating and managing detailed project plans for all programs, including data exchanges and systems integrations as well as communicate with MCRM Leader to anticipate needs and provide guidance to plan program components for successful execution. You will identify project risks and contribute to the development of options and plans to manage those risks to ensure successful execution of overall Brand campaigns.
* Bachelor's Degree
* Three or more years of experience and knowledge in some or all of the following areas:
* Experience in delivering marketing projects
* Experience in Digital Marketing
* Project Management Experience
* Advanced Degree in a relevant field
* Energetic and self-motivated
* Customer relationship management experience
* Demonstrated leadership and coordination of teams to deliver single cohesive strategy
* Cross functional experience
* Marketing/Brand Management experience preferred
* Healthcare/Pharmaceutical or Media/Advertising Agency experience preferred
