As a Multi-Channel Marketing Manager in Gaithersburg, MD, you'll play a pivotal role in channeling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients' lives. North American Commercial is the 'face' of AstraZeneca and MedImmune to our many healthcare clients. They represent many of the most well recognized and respected products in the industry, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
As part of the Multi-Channel Relationship Marketing Team within AstraZeneca's Global Commercial Operations Group, you will be responsible for strategic design, execution and analysis of the Multi-Channel Relationship Marketing (MCRM) capability. This includes establishing relationships with Marketing teams, their agency partners and their extended business teams to champion the adoption, design, expansion and measurement of multi-channel marketing programs to healthcare professionals and consumers. You will partner on the implementation of MCRM campaigns that support the marketing plans and ensure compliance with all AstraZeneca privacy, opt, quality and security policies.
You have accountability for delivering executional excellence to their assigned brands and is responsible for driving brand team satisfaction and AZ business outcomes. You must have the ability to effectively engage, influence and challenge key stakeholders in order to deliver campaigns that effectively advance the business. You must also ensure satisfaction and ongoing continuous improvement of their efforts. The Leader requires strong business acumen, understanding of process solutions, customer centric marketing and digital marketing.
You will deliver MCRM Campaigns that drive business results for the assigned brands. You will partner with GCO, brand and other partners to launch efficient and effective campaigns that support marketing objectives. You will contribute to and influence the evolution of our MCRM capability as a meaningful component for the delivery of global business outcomes. You will be responsible for working with assigned brand team members, MCRM Manager, MCRM Operations team to align and document campaign design and implementation. You will develop recommendations and aligns approach with brand and other partners on target segments, salesforce, media and 3rd party integrations. You will analyze campaigns through metrics that matter and convey the results and campaign status with key stakeholders. You will set and maintain program launch expectations and overall campaign status with MCRM Manager. You will communicate with Brands to anticipate needs and provide guidance to plan program components for successful execution. You will identify project risks and contribute to the development of options and plans to manage those risks to ensure successful execution of overall Brand campaigns.
* Bachelor's degree required
* Three or more years of experience in Digital Marketing; preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical
* Marketing/Brand Management experience preferred
* Experience in delivering marketing projects
* Strategic analysis/insight
* Experience in leading teams
* preferably an Advanced Degree in a relevant field
* Customer relationship management experience
* Multi-Channel marketing preferred
* Demonstrated leadership and coordination of teams to deliver single cohesive strategy
Media/Advertising Agency Experience
* Cross functional experience
* Energetic and self-motivated
* Ability to build trusted relationships and influence with key Stakeholders: Judgment, Communication, Business Analysis, Proven Project Management Experience, Resource and Performance Management, Cross-Commercial interactions
