JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for managing, facilitating and driving the end to end program review process for PRT (Promotion Review Team) submitters, with the goal of ensuring consistent high quality, excellent deliverables and operational excellence of customer facing programs/materials. Accountable for providing non-technical quality review, proofreading and completeness checks for materials being submitted for PRT review, as well as triaging and record keeping for products/projects as assigned. In addition, will provide operational support to PRT sponsors and item originators through services that help optimize business effectiveness and efficiencies of the PRT process. Furthermore, will seek and implement process improvements, with a focus on quality and efficiency.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Promotional Review Team (PRT))
•Ensure the quality of individual submissions to PRT for assigned product(s), including non-technical review for consistency, adherence to corporate branding guidelines, accuracy and completeness of materials prior to PRT review.
•Lead and facilitate the successful outcome of the PRT meetings, to include the capture of comments/annotations and ensuring documents are moving forward in the review cycle (leveraging Veeva platform) for adjudication by project owner/agency to meet tight deadlines.
•Onboard and train marketing agencies, and materials submitters on PRT processes and systems
•Utilize metrics and scorecards to facilitate marketing agency accountability
•Work closely with Marketing so that all projects are well planned and delivered on time
•Work closely with stakeholder functions, including Regulatory, Commercial/ Marketing, Medical Affairs and Legal
•Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
•Generate monthly PRT reports for efficiencies and inefficiencies
•Schedule all PRT reviews and provides supporting agenda
•Work with the commercial team to prioritize agenda items to meet business objectives
•Keep all records as it relates to PRT submissions and approvals and track expiry activities for all items that have been approved
•Suggest and create process improvements as appropriate across PRT process and workflow
•Shares knowledge with colleagues and promotes an open dialogue environment

Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
•Four plus years’ experience in advertising, promotional and labeling process in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
•Bachelor’s Degree (general business or life science disciplines) or equivalent experience in related field required.
•Experience in using Microsoft Office; Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite and Veeva Vault is a plus.
•Understanding of the promotional material creation process in Pharmaceuticals is highly preferred.
•Understanding and knowledge of FDA regulations and guidance as they pertain to paper and electronic submissions is highly preferred.
