Key Accountabilities/Core Job Responsibilities:


•Initiation, management and negotiation of various types of contracts including Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure (CDA) agreements, Consulting Agreements, Materials Transfers Agreements,  Development and Manufacturing Agreements, Sponsored Research Agreements,  Corporate Agreements, Amendments, SOW and Work Orders.
•Execute contract agreement requests for finance, corporate, administrative and other requests throughout the organization, at all levels, in a customer service, diligent manner.
•Provides advice to different departments within the Company.  
•Assists Human Resources with related contracts budget analyses.  
•Assists Finance Department generating PO’s and contracts related information.  
•Coordinate and obtain internal and external signatures on all general contracts.
•Send notifications to internal and external parties once contracts are fully executed.
•Attends team meetings as appropriate.



Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:
 
BS/BA or equivalent experience.
•7-10 years experience w/contracts administration and negotiation.
•Experience with corporate negotiation of business contracts.
•Ability to take initiative, be flexible, exercise good judgment, interface with all levels of management, multi-task and have an excellent attention to detail to ensure the most efficient and cost effective contract solutions are achieved.
•Demonstrated success in working collaboratively with other cross functional groups.
•Candidates must possess excellent organizational, communication and administrative skills as well as an ability to interpret and comprehend contract documentation. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook a must.
