We are currently seeking a Manager of Sterile Filling who will assume the leadership responsibilities for the Sterile Filling department. The Manager will be responsible for the short and long term planning for the department. Additionally, the Manager will take on the role of technical expert, working with the Business Development staff to interact with potential clients. Additional duties and responsibilities include: Accountable for final formulation and filling for the manufacture of biopharmaceutical products under cGMP.  Performs media simulation runs of processes as needed to ensure they are appropriately aseptic. Be a subject matter expert in cGMP and current sterile filling techniques.  Additionally, assists with troubleshooting and maintenance of production equipment. Research and implement new methods and technologies to enhance operations and expand business.

Requirements

Qualifications:

•Requires a minimum of five years related experience in Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry.
•BS in relevant discipline required.
•Previous management experience required.
•Proven computer literacy both on PC and manufacturing equipment, including working knowledge of Microsoft programs Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
