Our Testing Services

Our laboratory services include urine drug testing, oral fluid drug testing, prescription drug testing, EtG/EtS alcohol testing, synthetic marijuana drug testing, bath salt testing, steroid testing, and more. We are seeking a superstar Laboratory Manager (CLS) to oversee the day to day operations of its industry leading State of California and CLIA licensed drug testing laboratory. The perfect person is extremely savvy with clinical science and the daily functions and operations management.
Our Laboratory Manager duties will include, but not limited to the following:
Provide technical oversight and manage the QC/QA/QI lab systems to ensure compliance with CLIA, State of California and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Supervise and manage the technical licensed and unlicensed laboratory staff.
Write, maintain, and update the SOP manual.
Manage training and competence evaluation of licensed and unlicensed lab staff.
Maintain all applicable state and federal laboratory licenses and certificates and lead interactions with regulatory authorities.
Oversee the accurate and timely reporting of all laboratory testing results
Toxicology experience is preferred, with 6-8 years minimum expertise.

Qualifications: The qualified candidate will: Have at a minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in biological or physical sciences, a State of California Clinical Lab Scientist or Toxicology Limited License and at least 7 years’ experience as a lab supervisor or manager of a CLIA/State of California licensed clinical laboratory. Prior experience with routine urine drug testing, knowledge of the theory and practice of immunoassay, GC/MS, and LC/MS/MS instrumentation and methods, and prevailing CLIA/State of California clinical laboratory regulatory requirements is required. The successful candidate will have strong leadership, communication and written skills.
