Title Financial Analyst

Description This position reports to the Senior Director of Finance, but works closely with the Senior Director of Sales Operations, Senior Director of Product Marketing and Vice Presidents of Sales and Marketing. The position will serve as the financial liaison between Sales and Marketing and Corporate Finance. Responsibilities include:
  • Manage monthly financial close, including accruals and expense estimates for sales and marketing functions.
  • Prepare Budget vs. Actual variances and related analytics.
  • Roll-up quarterly forecasts and budget for individual sub-teams within sales and marketing.
  • Prepare monthly spend analytics for sales and marketing.
  • Prepare sales territory profitability analytics for corporate finance and sales.
  • Provide financial analytical business support for sales and marketing and perform frequent ad hoc analysis for management or functional area.
  • Commission analytics, as needed.
  • Prepare travel & entertainment analytics for sales regions.
  • Assist the Finance team in planned ERP implementation.

    Requirements
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. Preferably a major in Finance or Accounting.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience
  • Advanced Excel Proficiency
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP
  • Accounting/ERP systems experience
