JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for reviewing and processing expense reports using the Concur Expense Management system to ensure timely approval, payment, and adherence to company policies. Additional responsibilities include supporting the Accounts Payable function, such as processing invoices and researching and resolving invoicing issues.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Under the general supervision of the Senior Manager of Accounting, this position will support the Accounts Payable functions and assist the Finance department with tasks such as:

• Timely review and processing of expense reports in Concur.
• Adherence to travel and entertainment and compliance policies when reviewing expense reports
• Communication and follow up with sales reps and employees at the home office regarding expenses submitted for reimbursement


ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
• Support SOX compliance and external audits, as needed.
• Assist with Accounts Payable functions, such as processing invoices in AX Dynamics ERP system.
• Other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned, such as filing invoices and other accounting records.

Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School graduate or equivalent minimum, some college preferred
• 2+ years’ experience in Accounting or similar field required
• Experience of using Concur reporting system preferred.
• Computer skills including MS Office, ERP database experience (experience of using Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred)
• Superior and accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
