We are seeking a highly motivated full-time Executive Assistant to join our fast-paced medical device start-up. The position will work closely with our Senior Management Team to support day-to-day operations and special projects. Phase Diagnostics fully believes in maximizing the potential for its employees, whether it is through expanding responsibilities, presenting challenges or mentorship. Our company is currently expanding from an early stage start-up, and will be both offering and expecting our team members to grow into advancing roles and responsibilities. The position will expect to regularly juggle multiple competing priorities and demands while staying extremely organized.


•   Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment    

•   Schedule, organize and facilitate meetings for internal and external staff

•   Develop, prepare and proofread correspondence, documents, reports, translations, presentations and/or other related items

•   Manage and execute special projects for the Senior Management Team

•   Administrative support for
Senior Management Team including managing calendars, scheduling travel and transportation, events and day to day tasks

•   Communicate and develop relationships on behalf of the Senior Management Team with external vendors, partners and staff

•   Liaison between Phase Diagnostics’ and its external partners



•   Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

•   +3 or more years of experience as an administrative / executive assistant reporting to senior management

•   Working Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin)
•   Personable with great written and verbal communication skills

•   Can represent Senior Management

•   Fast learner

•   High attention to detail with outstanding follow-up skills

•   Takes initiative with a sense of urgency when appropriate

•   Ability to prioritize and demonstrate resourcefulness in a fast-paced and demanding environment

•   Ability to grow from constructive criticism and mentorship

•   Strong computer skills with good working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Gmail/Outlook

Preferred Experience:

•   Master’s in Business Administration

•   Experience working in life sciences industry
