Position: Executive Administrative Assistant

Handles a wide variety of business and operational activities for a biotech startup company. Must be extremely organized, a fast learner and demonstrates the ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Conducts herself/himself with the highest degree of professionalism and interpersonal effectiveness. This is a full-time position reporting to the CEO with opportunity for advancement.  


Handles a broad range of business tasks for a small, semi-virtual office environment including:

* Coordinating and maintaining corporate files such as confidentiality agreements, vendor contracts, consulting agreements, and regulatory documentations

* Managing domestic and international meeting coordination and travel arrangements for CEO and other personnel; prepare complex itineraries that may often require changes

* Handling administrative and operational activities for the office

* Assisting with specialized tasks such as processing payment of vendor invoices



* 3+ years relevant experience in a C-level or VP-level executive support role

* BA/BS degree preferred

* Excellent attention to detail

* Strong organizational skills reflecting the ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly and to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

* High level of integrity and ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion

* Skilled user in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

* Experience in biotech or pharmaceutical company or related experience a plus

* Strong interpersonal skills

* Independent and fast learner; but seeks guidance when needed
