Description

OVMC is a 250 bed community teaching hospital with an AOA approved Osteopathic EM/ IM residency.

This is a level 2 trauma center (~ 95% blunt, 5% penetrating) with approximately 29,000 annual ER visits. Shifts are a mix of 7, 8, and 9 hours with additional coverage by rotating resident on a daily basis.

Physicians also work in the sister hospital located approximately 5 minutes away at East Ohio Regional Hospital. They see an additional 22,000 patients and are designated as a level 3 trauma center.

Emergency Medicine Physicians is a democratic open book group currently managing over 60 contracts in 13 states. This is an equal equity partnership opportunity with no buy-in.
