Looking to hire a DocCompliance Application Specialist for a 6 months contract. This position reports to Vice President of Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  
The primary responsibilities for this position are:
•   Review of all IT documentation in DocCompliance to ensure that all records are correctly stored and ready for inspection.  
•   Provide ongoing support and training to PGNX employees on this application
•   Update all IT SOPs, which all are due to review


QUALIFICATIONS:
•   Minimum of 3 to 5 years related experience in DocCompliance software
•   Expert knowledge of DocCompliance and readiness for FDA audits
•   Business process analysis capabilities as related to DocCompliance with current and new studies
•   Project management experience
•   Excellent communications skills

This is a contract position with a possibility of converting to a permanent position after 6 months.
