The critical success factor for the Digital Community / CRM Manager is lead generation of patient candidates & adherence of existing patients. The role has primary responsibility of digital marketing automation processes and CRM systems including administration, maintenance and reporting of marketing campaigns The role will execute mutli-channel digital marketing campaigns including email, web, and social media, and manage lead generation and lead nuturing activities such list acquisition, web banner placements and digital ad and keyword purchases. The individual will work with Marketing and Sales stakeholders to integrate with broader marketing initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-At direction of product marketing, execute and monitor impactful digital market campaigns via online channels including target email, email drip campaigns, social media and web interaction
-At direction of product marketing, serve as community manager for disease and product websites; engage and nurture community of patients and caregivers; post approved dynamic content and monitor engagement level and user interests for lead segmentation
-Provide insight and recommendations to marketing on:
-Lead generation and nurturing via lead database building, segmentation, list acquisition; manage data quality
-Refine and manage lead scoring/sourcing qualification, inbound marking integration, and lead to sales workflows
-Online behavior tracking
-CRM Integration with Salesforce.com
-Manage social media interactions; social marketing and social listening
-Responsible for digital marketing analytics including email, social and web
-Execute, monitor, and optimize web banner ads, Facebook ads, and Google ads
-Research and promote email marketing best practices such as segmentation and testing, profiling, drip-campaigns, and targeting.
-Closely track program success metrics and report ongoing progress via presentations, dashboards, and chairing monthly digital review meetings

Requirements

EDUCATION:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE:
• Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience is highly desired
• Minimum 3-5 years managing digital marketing campaigns for Rx products from start to finish; targeting, execution and analytics
• Results-driven with exceptional detail and knowledge around metrics, specifically lead segmentation, A/B testing and ROI analysis
• Expertise with administrative aspects of marketing automation systems such as Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot, and/or Hootsuite
• Experience with managing marketing leads in CRM systems such as Salesforce.com
• Expertise with generating impactful reports and trends via Google Analytics
• Driven, accountable, a self-starter, with ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines; multi-task and prioritize projects
