Description

Fantastic opportunity to lead the Commissioning and Qualifications activities for a state of the art GMP Biologics facility. Come join an experienced and highly respected Engineering leadership team at a top biopharmaceuticals company in the Boston area with several approved products on the market. In this role, you will be the primary interface between Quality, Validation, Engineering, and Project Management groups and will be charged with leading the implementation of a new C&Q program and harmonizing the program across multiple sites. I guarantee you will not be bored in this role and there is tremendous room for growth!

Requirements

Qualified candidates will have a BS degree in an Engineering discipline and a minimum of 5+ years focused on Commissioning and Qualification activities in a cGMP environment. More experienced candidates are also welcome. This is a leadership role and will manage direct reports within 6 months. The Hiring Manager is open to those with biologics or non-biologics experience, but they must be experienced in GMP and have extensive experience dealing with Process Equipment. Experience with C&Q of automation systems to support biologics manufacturing is also greatly desired.
