Quark Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company that is a leader in the discovery and development of novel RNAi-based therapeutics.  

Quark is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Clinical Trial Assistant.  This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone with previous administrative experience wanting to work in Clinical Trials.   In this position you will provide support to multiple Project Teams.

Essential Responsibilities:

•Support the clinical project teams by recording meeting minutes, collecting, tracking, filing and submitting regulatory documents to appropriate departments, checking regulatory documents for completeness and accuracy and updating/uploading to relevant electronic systems.
•Review investigator (site) and clinical project files to ensure they are complete and current and provide summaries of missing documents
•Assist the clinical project team to create, update and maintain project/study related documents(e.g., confidentiality agreements, contracts, study worksheets, instruction manuals, presentations etc)
•Order and manage inventory of clinical trial supplies
•Assist with planning off-site meetings by selecting and booking venues, assembling presentation materials and coordinating travel logistics

Requirements

Basic Qualifications/Work Experience
•High school graduate plus minimum 2 years of relevant administrative work experience (office manager or medical secretary);
•Bachelor’s degree in health related science, nursing degree (RN), or pharmacy degree and minimum 1 year of relevant work experience preferred
•GCP certification and relevant training courses a plus

•Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
•Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
•Computer skills with advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
