Description

The Clinical Account Manager (CAM) will be responsible for growing revenue through sales of targeted diagnostic technologies based on a portfolio of instruments and consumable products. The ideal candidate will come into this position with a well developed end –user network in molecular diagnostic and clinical labs and be able to successfully leverage these relationships to achieve immediate revenue success in this position. Candidates can be located in CA, OR, WA, or the Southeastern states and near a major airport.

Requirements

Ideal Candidates will have . . .

•   Minimum of a BS degree in a life science related field, ideally a Molecular Technologist degree with an emphasis in Molecular Biology
•   At least four years of sales experience in molecular or clinical diagnostics (experience selling capital equipment preferred)
•   Developed clinically relevant customer prospecting skills drawing on their previous selling experience in this market segment
•   Solid sales opportunity / sales funnel management skills
•   Ability to relay and understand complex scientific information and clinical data
•   Strong written and verbal communication skills
•   Ability to travel up to 60% of the time domestically in the assigned region
