Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work within the Pharmaceutical Development & Manufacturing Group (PDM) to analyze, align, integrate and help mature pre-clinical business processes for our direct pharma client.  The PDM group manages the product development lifecycle from ideation through product development, pre-clinical trials.

•   Work with key stakeholders across the various PDM business functions, primarily focused (but not limited) to pre-clinical product demand management and supply chain.
•   Work with cross functional groups to understand existing business processes relating to the development of small molecule products from ideation through product development.
•   Work with stakeholders to identify, define, document, standardize and integrate processes across cross functional groups
•   Define and draft scope of business process narratives and use cases and ensure that requirements are effectively documented, implemented, tested, and meet business needs.
•   Liaise between management and the business to agree on scope and requirements.
•   Build strong strategic relationships with key stakeholders across functions to ensure business process are aligned across functions.
•   Understand the landscape and operating model for the delivery of small molecule products
•   Become an expert on how the business processes utilize existing solutions and facilitate implementation of new business processes and modifications.
•   Work with various PDM programs and projects to develop various Process Flows, their associated Narratives, and Use Cases and to establish standardized templates.  


•   In depth understanding of the business processes for small molecule product development lifecycle
•   Strong verbal, written communication, and facilitation skills

•   Ability to work well in and across diverse global teams
•   Ability to manage negotiations, expectations, and solutions across business teams
•   3-6 years’ applicable experience in Bio Pharmaceutical and / or Pharmaceutical Development & Manufacturing Processes
•   Experience in facilitating and documenting business process design, modification and integration.
•   Functional knowledge of product demand planning, supply planning
•   Proactive and analytical thinker with the ability to think outside the box and be adept at identifying areas for process improvement.
•   Bachelor’s Degree in related scientific field or equivalent work experience.
