Description

Are you well versed in being able to combine outstanding client-facing skills with supply chain management, sales and operations planning, and training?  Come to an industry leader where you will be tasked with establishing and maintaining a specific training approach incorporating developments in clinical research regulations and guidelines, and supply chain management in order to incorporate them within Clinical Logistics operations.  Act as internal and external champion for CLS Study & Operations Planning (S&OP), an integrated business management process defined as the routine review of clinical study demands and operational supply capabilities to ensure appropriate quantitative planning over an agreed-upon time horizon. Align operational service levels with expected aggregate study demands, thereby linking financial considerations and high-level objectives with day-to-day service line operations. Partner closely with key business leaders to validate forecast accuracy and methodology, providing input to inventory strategy, and operations plans. Ensure effective monthly demand plan is in place across all distribution centers to identify and resolve significant and/or critical supply-demand imbalances. Design, develop, and provide visibility on demand, distribution, and supply trends in support of business growth.

Requirements

Education
•Master’s degree or equivalent in a field related to area of specialization, with an advanced degree desirable
•Or relevant work experience / degree.

Minimum Work Experience
•Five or more years of relevant experience in healthcare, clinical research, clinical project management or contract research organization.
