Partner with Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Managed Markets to support analytical needs of the brands assigned to the position.

•Conduct routine analysis across commercial organization including but not limited to the following areas:
oPrescriber level reporting, physician level managed care reporting, sample analytics, speaker program analytics, call plan analytics and related areas
•Maintain the distribution of KPIs, standard reports & dashboards on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis
•Conduct appropriate quality control procedures to ensure deliverable accuracy
•Monitor and analyze sales results, proactively report findings and conduct analyses as needed to support the field sales organization
•Partner with Regional Sales Directors to analyze revenue and activity results in order to optimize district & territory performance
•Support quarterly business review content generation for commercial teams
•Work with data providers to investigate data issues
•Partner with Marketing brand managers to support brand planning, measure initiatives and forecasting


•Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience
•1+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience or 1+ years of related industry headquarters experience strongly preferred.
•Strong track record of performance within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry

•Independent worker, self-learner, and can quickly assimilate new information
•Requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to analyze and QC data from multiple sources and communicate findings in a clear and organized manner
•Strong ability to interface with executive management and field based employees
•High level resourcefulness and problem solving skills under pressure are critical to this role
•Prefer candidates that have a strong working knowledge or aptitude to quickly learn relevant software systems (e.g., Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Access, SQL etc.)
