Job Description


The Brand Manager will be responsible for managing marketing activities for Horizon, Anora, and Spectrum and will join the highly dynamic marketing team within our commercial organization. This role will interact cross-functionally with the sales force, product development teams, and executive leadership. S/he will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing programs, and materials and will drive execution of marketing tactics.

•Develop programs, marketing campaigns, and materials for healthcare professionals and consumers to drive adoption of Natera products in the marketplace

•Own the execution of marketing plans to increase awareness and ensure promotion of key brand messages

•Effectively manage timelines, vendors, and budget for marketing programs

•Track ROI for marketing programs and support strategic investment-planning

•Work-cross functionally with the sales force, product development teams, and executive leadership

•Collaborate with the training team to develop training content and messaging for the sales force

•Conduct VOC interviews with KOLs and end-users and translate results into compelling marketing campaigns and tactics

•Work closely with the product development team to provide strategic input to develop new product features

•Conduct market research to evaluate effectiveness of messaging

•Assist with planning and material development for internal sales and marketing meetings and external ad board meetings with physicians

•This role works with PHI on a regular basis both in paper and electronic form and have an access to various technologies to access PHI (paper and electronic) in order to perform the job

•Employee must complete training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance training and security training as soon as possible but not later than the first 30 days of hire

•Must maintain a current status on Natera training requirements

•Employee must pass post offer criminal background check



•B.A. or B.S. degree, science degree preferred; MBA/Advanced degree preferred

•5+ years of professional experience in marketing

•Strong project management skills with proven track records of meeting aggressive deadlines and managing resources effectively

•2+ years of experience within the consumer or healthcare industry (deep understanding of the maternity consumer landscape a plus)

•Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to persuade others through communications

•Strong attention to detail

•Bright, flexible, and agile

•Experience working with highly prenatal/maternity consumer or healthcare audience a plus

•Experience working in a regulated environment a plus

•Project management certifications are a plus

•Downstream marketing experience

•Good communicator

•Strategic thinker

•Healthcare/clinical experience


•Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time

•Ability to work with limited supervision

•Ability to be a proactive problem solver

•Must be able to analyze many variables and choose the most effective course of action quickly/ work on additional tasks as requested by Management

•Duties typically performed in an office setting. This position requires the ability to use a computer keyboard, communicate over the telephone and read printed material.

•Duties may require working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends) at times
