This position is responsible for operation and maintenance of the site's Building Management System (BMS). Responsibilities include working with internal and external personnel, system management, updating, and maintaining operation. System management includes developing procedures, managing contractors, performing programming, and keeping program current. Updating incurs making necessary programming modifications to add or remove equipment for the systems or upgrading the software. Managing contractors includes using qualified outside sources providers to maintain current version or to perform hardware and/or software maintenance.
This person must to able to perform Siemens Apogee programming, understand PPCL, be able work with Microsoft Office, able to install new equipment, point and logic, and have and understanding of BacNet.
Two years or greater college education and 5 years of experience with Siemens Apogee.
