   Main Duties and Responsibilities  



   Demonstrated capabilities in the areas of:  


   • A basic working knowledge of electronic theory and it’s application  


   • Training on PLC systems and HMIs with emphasis on Allen Bradley and Siemens BMS systems  


   • Digital Electronic Displays and Instrumentation  


   • Basic Control Network Troubleshooting - DH Network, Device Net, ControlNet, and Foundation Fieldbus  


   • Maintenance of PLC software and PID control loops  


   • Basic Motor controls troubleshooting– VFDs & DC drives  


   • Pneumatics  


   • Appropriate written and verbal communication skills  


   • Proficient in computer skills and MS Office applications  


   • Ethernet networks monitoring  


   • Automation server monitoring  


   Demonstrated ability to adhere closely to all company Standard Operating Procedures at all times, adhere to schedules, interface in a constructive manner with all vendors, contractors, associates, peers and managers.  

   Essential Requirements  



   Occasional use and application of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.  

   Problem Solving  


   Provides solutions to a variety of technical problems of basic scope and complexity.  


   Education and Experience  


   High School Diploma Required.  


   0-5 years’ experience.  

   Desirable Requirements  


   Freedom to Act  


   Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving limited variables in standardized situations.  



   Contributes to the completion of milestones associated with operations support.  Failure to achieve results or erroneous decisions or recommendations may cause delays in operations schedules and may result in the allocation of additional resources.  

   Interpersonal Communication  


   Primarily internal company contacts.  Infrequent inter-organizational and outside customer contacts on routine matters.
