Job Description

The Associate Marketing Manager will oversee various marketing operations activities across PaxVax’s commercial travel vaccine portfolio. The ideal candidate possesses keen attention to detail, a “roll up your sleeves” mentality, and is driven to meet project deadlines in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Reponsibilities:
•   Tactical support of travel brands (Vivotif & Vaxchora) including various Healthcare Practitioner and Consumer marketing projects
•   General coordination and support of internal and external events, this includes all tradeshows and conferences along with key internal meetings
•   Management of Promotional Review Committee process ensuring promotional materials are brought through the review process in a timely, well-documented and compliant manner
•   Operational tracking and management of US marketing team budget, including Purchase Order process, Accounts Payable tracking, and budget analytics
•   Tracking and reporting out marketing KPIs and analytics for each brand and key tactics
•   This position involves some travel (<20%)

Requirements

•   At minimum, an undergraduate (Bachelor’s) degree preferably in the domains of business  or science
•   1-3 years of experience in a marketing role; life science experience preferred
•   Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
•   Proven ability to effectively collaborate with others; team player
•   Demonstrated learning agility, passion for results, and ability to navigate ambiguity  
•   Ability to set goals and execute under tight deadlines
•   Proficient in Microsoft Office software suite
