As an Associate Director of Medical Information-Immuno-Oncology in Gaithersburg, MD you’ll play a pivotal role in channeling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients’ lives.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

The Associate Director of Medical Information- ImmunoOncology is accountable for the Medial Information brand/therapeutic area support and scientific content deliverables. This Associate Director is responsible for the planning, prioritization, and execution of Medical Information-related brand/therapeutic area deliverables, including answering medical inquiries from healthcare professionals, reviewing/providing scientific consult to promotional materials, and development of scientific content to support Medical Affairs.


Essential Requirements

  • Advanced degree in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred), Pharmacology, science or equivalent clinical experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry based drug information delivery or equivalent industry experience with at least 1-2 years of experience working with Commercial or Brand Teams
  • Oncology Experience required
  • Demonstrated expertise in drug information communication and management
  • Demonstrated expertise in the review of promotional materials
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to apply FDA, legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements to Medical Affairs activities and drug information delivery
  • Demonstration of strategic thinking
  • Understanding of the information needs for various customer segments
  • Experience leading projects and teams
  • Strong leadership skills
Desirable Requirements
  • Clinical pharmacy experience with patient care exposure
  • Pharmacy licensure preferred
  • Training related experience
  • MM or HEOR experience
