We are located in Novato, CA, 25 miles north of San Francisco and in Brisbane, California.

Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced biopharmaceutical information and technology leader with excellent communication skills and deep pharma information management experience. This position will focus on Commercial and Medical Affairs CRM systems and improving workflows for continuous efficiencies. Biotech focused with experience in developing, launching and managing strategy and operations of high touch, personalized patient and physician support services. The key focus of the role is to align requirements and capabilities across the CRM platform, yet the responsibility also includes any system generally utilized in Commercial, Marketing, and Medical Affairs, including remote field users.

Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

•        Lead the IT Services that support Global and US Commercial, Commercial Field and Medical Affairs
•        Lead the CRM Managed Services, provide technical guidance and mentoring
•        Analyze and segment Veeva CRM data by HCP, HCO and identify relevant targeting as requested by Global and US Commercial and Medical Affairs
•        Partner with cross functional teams to implement best practices on customer relationship management programs
•        Manage and develop KPIs and dashboards for executive leadership, Commercial, Marketing and Medical Affairs
•        Develop presentations, project plans, timelines and vendor relationships to ensure project are delivered with the highest quality and on time
•       Maintain a pulse on industry, tools and technologies and seeking opportunities to provide continuous improvement for Global and US Commercial and Medical Affairs systems
•       Makes recommendations to deliver on key capabilities regionally and collaborates with relevant stakeholders to plan implementation of these capabilities
•       Respond flexibly and adaptively to the needs of the organization through a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
•        Understand strategic objectives of the company and ensure the CRM Architecture is capable of supporting it
•       Partner with key stakeholders to understand current and future business needs
•       Expertise in overseeing technology improvement initiatives and aligning information services with business goals.
•        Conduct source system analysis and data profiling for lifecycle management
•        Project Management
•        Strong communication skills
•        Effective at managing relationships between strategic leadership, third-party vendors and clients


•      Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology or Business Administration or related field
•       Experience with Veeva, and reporting tools
•       Excellent verbal and written communications skills; proven ability to communication with C-level executives and core technology teams through reports, meetings and memos
•        Knowledge of Patient Services and Case Management
•        8 plus years information management and/or related work experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical company, or similar environment
•        Must be highly skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
•        Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy and is highly organized
•        Highly self-motivated and influential
•        Ability to independently make decisions and re-prioritize tasks to meet deliverables
