Job Description

Summary: Responsible for the day to day oversight of Regeneron's Drug Depot/ Distributors. Drug Depot/Distributor is an organization or facility which distributes drug product to market, trial sites, health care providers or end users. Activities at the facility may include, but are not limited to receipt, storage, shipment, recall, and destruction of drug product as well as comparator procurement. Activities may also include overlay or secondary labeling.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Provide oversight of Regeneron's Drug Product Depots/Distributers.
  • Facilitate communication between Rensselaer departments, Tarrytown Distribution Channels and Drug Product Depots/Distributers.
  • Responsible for coordinating shipping of material between Regeneron and Drug Product Depots/Distributers and to clinics.
  • Coordinate with Tarrytown Distribution Channel on election of Drug Product Depots/Distributers.
  • Conduct Partner and Technical Meetings at Drug Product Depots/Distributers.
  • Facilitate Returns and destruction at Drug Product Depots/Distributers.
  • Coordinate with QA Validation on qualification and or validation activities.
  • Review Master Supply Agreement (MSA) and Quality Agreement (QAA).
  • Review Quality Audit performed by QA Auditing.
  • Initiate Deviations and Change Controls.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • BS/BA in business or scientific discipline plus 6 years of related experience preferred; may substitute experience in lieu of education.
  • Experience in managing and supervising personnel including: training, work assignments, setting expectations, and performance evaluations.
