We’re looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world.Key Objectives/Deliverables: Administrative support to clinical leadership team members and extended site staff; supporting team objectives, working with open communication and prioritization; key point person Lilly Biotech Center (LBC) in San Diego for coordination of scientific meetings, conferences, and liaison with corporate counterparts in Indianapolis.Duties include maintaining Clinical & Immunology leadership team members’ calendars, contact lists, filing systems, screening phone calls, coordinating travel arrangements, and processing expense reports.Responsibilities also include coordination of offsite scientific meetings & conferences, assisting with presentations as needed and updating company intranet as needed; obtaining & distributing reference materials.Project management for clinical, immunology, LBC staff and operations team initiatives; collaboration sites, active participation within special projects.Active member of LBC Admin Staff and operations team. Responsibilities include coordination with site administrative planning, events, assignments, participation with operations team assignments and duties.Safety Committee team member representative; contributor to Operations team documentation and processes (standard operating procedure (SOP) development and local process owner).Work as a resource for local center HR initiatives and coordination; recruiting coordination for the site (travel, scheduling, compliance paperwork, and correspondence with candidates).Group administrator for systems and collaboration spaces.Other assignments as required.High school diploma/GEDMinimum of 3 years of administrative experienceCompletion of Post Offer Exam, Completion of Work Simulation or Completion of Administrative Skills Testing if applicable.Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. •High school diploma/GED
•Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience
•Completion of Post Offer Exam, Completion of Work Simulation or Completion of Administrative Skills Testing if applicable.

•Bachelors degree preferred
•Experience with MS Office, HTML
