   Main Duties and Responsibilities  

   You will be based at our new Longmont, CO facility and initially will be responsible for providing full range support to the Site Head and as the site grows, expanding to support other senior leaders at that site.  Some of the responsibilities include:  calendar management including meeting set-up (audio/video conferencing, WebEx, etc.), managing conference rooms, catering and copying/distribution of meeting materials and agendas/meeting minutes as required.  With other staff, coordinate internal and external site visitors which may include securing accommodations, meals and other event logistics.   Coordinate, plan and book travel for staff at the site.  Act as the resource for preparing and submitting expense reports as well as creating purchase orders and buying small (non-capital) items through appropriate systems.  Assist in preparing business reports and presentations including composing and editing PowerPoint decks and ensuring accuracy of same.  Manage small projects for the site leaders.  Performs other general administrative duties as requires or required.  Coordinates with other support functions to assist with implementing actions at the Longmont site.  Physical presence at the site is necessary.  


   Essential Requirements    
  •      High school diploma    
  •      Minimum of six years prior experience supporting senior/executive level in full range administrative support    
  •      Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint required    
  •      Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills; good written and verbal communications skills    
  •      Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities absolutely required    
   Desirable Requirements    
  •      Bachelor’s degree in related field strongly preferred    
  •      Prior biotech/pharmaceutical/FDA regulated industry experience
