*We are currently seeking outstanding candidates to join our Research and Development group in Lake County, Illinois.
* As the technical lead in method development and analysis of API in dialysis solutions, the ideal candidate will incorporate technical, quality and regulatory requirements to the project plan and ensure successful execution of the plan to meet business needs.
* Additional requirements include (but not limited to):Design technical strategy to achieve a new or improved process/method or to prove a new theory in the area of pharmaceutical product development and product support.
* Experience in Cell Biology, Immunology lab work preferred.
*Strong laboratory and troubleshooting skills Proficient in protocol and report writing, data analysis and presentation Medical devices, drug development process, quality system experience desirable Plan, execute, and manage project that span multiple disciplines with cross functional teams and regions.
* Demonstrated leadership abilities in leading technical projectsIn addition to possessing the necessary technical skills, the ideal candidate must be able to work efficiently in a matrixed environment, collaborate well with internal and external groups from various regions, and demonstrate solid leadership and project management skills.

Requirements
PhD in Pharmaceutical Science, Analytical Chemistry, Immunology or Biomedical Engineering QSR research lab experience essential and GMP experience desirable.
* Research lab experience includes research in GMP/QSR environment, cross-functional teamwork, and independent experimentation in method development and validation.
