Project Manager, Supply and Demand ManagementLocal Candidates Preferred. No Relocation provided. Internal Candidates will be given preference for the first 10 days of the initial positing.POSITION OVERVIEWKV Pharmaceutical is seeking a Project Manager to join our growing Supply and Demand Management department. In this role, you will lead and manage cross-functional team activities in support of new and existing products and coordinate activities between various internal departments and outside business partners.As a Project Manager you will establish and document appropriate strategies, deliverables and comprehensive cross-functional project plans (e.g. task analysis, work breakdown structures, time and event schedules, cost projections, resource requirements and risk/contingency plans) associated with assigned projects. You should have the ability to ensure project performance standards and deadlines are met and maintain an accurate and up-to-date project and cross-functional communication records. To succeed you will need to be detail oriented and have the ability to report progress, status and issues to project teams and management. In this position, you will adhere to all cGMPs, compliance/regulatory mandates and quality requirements.KV Pharmaceutical is seeking individuals who possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, offers an organized approach to providing timely accurate reports, can multi-task, prioritize, and is proficient in Microsoft Office.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSKnowledge/Skills/Abilities Proficient in Microsoft software applications including Project Management systems. Ability to handle multiple projects, duties and tasks concurrently. Effective communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to communicate complex information to various audiences. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain cooperative/collaborative cross-functional working relationships. Strong leadership / motivational skills.Education/Experience Bachelor's Degree 4 years of pharmaceutical or related industry experience 2 years of experience in project management. Experience in project management, planning/tracking practices, principles, tools and techniques.
