DESCRIPTION
Epitomics is a fast growing biotech start-up with a proprietary and novel rabbit monoclonal antibody technology that has applications in the research, diagnostic and clinical markets. We currently have a career opportunity at our Burlingame, CA headquarters for a Marketing Manager to promote our novel line of reagent antibodies and reagent kits. The main focus of this particular position will be to manage the companies IHC diagnostic reagent product line.

Responsibilities of the position encompass developing and implementing strategies to enhance sales and product placements in the IHC pathology market segment. Successful candidates will come into this role with proven experience in growing new markets. Ideal candidate will posses experience or proven understanding of IHC reagents market. Knowledge of automation & instrumentation as it relates to life science resaech as well as IHC diagnostics laboratory workflow & needs would be highly beneficial. Experience working with fields sales and support.

The Marketing manager will work with the Director of Marketing and Marketing staff to manage the marketing of it’s IHC product line and continually improve the companies marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will identify and recommend new marketing opportunities and work to integrate and align their activities with the overall marketing strategy.

Job Responisbilities

*Responsible for implementing marketing strategies and processes

*Manage multiple internal and external relationships with print and media partners, outside collaborators etc.

*Actively participate in both the development and execution of companies marketing strategies and programs, including creative execution, production, and managing budget

*Assists in developing all types of online activity including promotional, advertising, media plans, research, websites, and CRM

*Help establish program measurement methodology and analyze results in terms of ROI and success criteria

*Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing promotions and strategies


REQUIREMENTS:
*2-3 years experience in a marketing, product management or related role within life sciences industry.

*Bachelors Degree or higher in a life sciences discipline.

*Self motivated and equally capable of working independently and as part of a team.

*Solid understanding and experience in the IHC reagents or immunoassay diagnostics market specifically

*Strong analytical and creative abilities.
