DESCRIPTION
Duties: Duties: Lead WebMethods developer. The Individual in this role is responsible for webMethods 7.x CAF/BPM/BAM development as well as involved in gathering user requirements and creating design specifications. This individual must be able to mentor less experienced webMethods developers and be able to work independently.

• Responsible for webMethods and C#/JAVA programming.

• May lead small development projects

• Interact and coordinate other teams through out the SDLC lifecycle e.g. requirements, design including lead integration architecture design sessions with vendor teams and QA teams

• Must be able to understand architecture UML diagrams.

• Must have superior knowledge of Web Services, XML and SOAP.

• Solid understanding of SOA and Object Oriented analysis and design is required

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

• Experience in the Bio Tech or Healthcare would be preferred

• webMethods certification will be preferred.

Skills: A minimum of 8-10 years experience developing applications for Client Server or Web based architecture; with a minimum of 3 years of .NET or JAVA based application development and 4 years with webMethods. Hands-on experience with webMethods 7+ required.

Enterprise Development: webMethods, C#, .Net, JAVA, XML/XSLT, Web Services

Data Access Technologies: PL-SQL, T-SQL

Database: SQL Server 2008/2005, Oracle (at least 8.0)

Education: BA/BS
