Procurement Manager - North America IT Supplier Management

Responsibilities:
This person will be responsible for sourcing activities in support of the Informatics IM groups (PGL, PGM, PGS) in accordance with the overall global sourcing strategies. Responsibilities include source identification, negotiation, contracting and supplier management for all sourced activities in support of the Informatics groups. The individual will perform supplier evaluations, contract and SLA negotiations while helping client to choose optimal solution. He/she will also take over escalation issues from operations.

REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree. The overall related job experience is 8 to 11 years which includes at least five years of strategic sourcing experience in multiple areas of technology and at least five years of total procurement experience. The individual must have broad experience to include understanding of pricing and business models employed in the IT industry.
