Alberta has one of the fastest real GDP growth rates in Canada. Rapidly developing industry sectors contribute to the province's economic prosperity. $1.6 billion government investment for research in medicine, engineering and life sciences has helped to create the highly developed research and development infrastructure. Alberta has much to offer investors and partners who are interested in capitalizing on the prospects. The Life Sciences sector has grown at an exponential rate and the opportunities are abound.
