Stratos and Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics Will Lead a Presentation at the Frost & Sullivan Medical Devices Executive Mind Xchange

2/15/2013 8:37:21 AM

SEATTLE, WA--(Marketwire - February 14, 2013) -

Stratos Product Development, LLC today announced its President, Sean MacLeod, will lead a presentation for executives on innovation at the Frost & Sullivan Medical Devices Executive Mind Xchange on March 12, 2013 in San Diego, California. MacLeod will co-present with Jennifer Samproni, Senior Manager, R&D, Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics.

In a presentation titled "Mapping the Innovation Maturity Curve," MacLeod and Samproni will discuss what it takes to build a mature, sustainable innovation engine. They will share wisdom gained from experiences in the development of many medical devices, and lead an open discussion to help attendees discover how mature their own innovation practices are and how to enhance their organization's ability to continue to evolve.

"Medical device development is one of the most rigorous business activities a company can undertake," Sean MacLeod, President, Stratos Product Development said. "It can be tempting to try to achieve innovation instantly, but true innovation is based on a careful long-term investment of the right people, partnerships, processes and culture. I look forward to leading an open discussion with some of the world's top device manufacturing executives and discovering how they are leading their organizations to a higher level."

Frost & Sullivan's 18th Annual Medical Devices Executive Mind Xchange will take place in San Diego, California March 10-12, 2013. Learn more or register for the conference.
