3/26/2012 9:38:48 AM

IRVINE, Calif., March 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Quest International, Inc., a leading global supplier of medical imaging display technologies and information technology solutions, announced today that is has contributed $5000 to the American Cancer Society through the company's sponsorship of the American Cancer Society Key Gala, that benefits the Boston Hope Lodge, and will be held in Boston, Massachusetts on Thursday, March 29, 2012.

"We are pleased to make this donation on behalf of Quest International's customers and employees. Quest strives to make a difference every day in the communities we serve, and with this donation toward cancer research we are proud to impact the lives of others," said Kaye Katouzian, vice president and chief operating officer.

This year's American Cancer Society Key Gala will honor Robert Cascella, President and CEO of Hologic, Inc., a long-time Quest International client and channel partner.

"This generous donation and sponsorship of the Key Gala made by Quest International is helping the American Cancer Society in our mission to help people stay well, get well, find cures and fight back," said Don Gudaitis, Chief Executive Officer for the American Cancer Society New England Division.

About the American Cancer Society:
The American Cancer Society combines an unyielding passion with nearly a century of experience to save lives and end suffering from cancer. As a global grassroots force of more than three million volunteers, we fight for every birthday threatened by every cancer in every community. We save lives by helping people stay well be preventing cancer or detecting it early; helping people get well by being there for them during and after a cancer diagnosis; and by finding cures through investment in groundbreaking discovery; and by fighting back by rallying lawmakers to pass law to defeat cancer and by rallying communities worldwide to join the fight. As the nation's largest non-governmental investor in cancer research, contributing more than $3.5 billion, we turn what we know about cancer into what we do. As a result, more than 11 million people in America who have had cancer and countless more who have avoided it would be celebrating birthdays this year.
