ImageWorks Reports Operating Profit for First Fiscal Year Under New Ownership and Sales Growth of 13%

ELMSFORD, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ImageWorks (OTC.AFPC.PK)), the leading provider of imaging products to the dental, medical and veterinary marketplace, today reported an operating profit, excluding restructuring costs, for its first fiscal year (FY 2010) under new ownership and management. The Company achieved sales growth of 13%, as sales increased to $19,202,600 for the current fiscal year from $17,000,300 for the prior fiscal year.
