RENO, Nev.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 7, 2006--Altair Nanotechnologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALTI - News), announced today it will receive 100,000 shares of Spectrum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: SPPI - News) stock for a milestone payment and an additional 40,000 shares for product development improvements, with a total approximate value of $550,000, following a mutually agreed upon resolution to arbitration proceedings involving the two companies. Altairnano and Spectrum Pharmaceuticals will continue efforts to move the RenaZorb product technology to market quickly.
