Actuated Medical Signs International Agreement for Distribution of Its TubeClear System for Clearing Patient Feeding and Decompression Tubes

STATE COLLEGE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Actuated Medical, Inc. reached agreement with United Kingdom’s Kimal PLC to distribute their TubeClear™ system throughout Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa. Located in Uxbridge, United Kingdom, Kimal is a worldwide leader in the marketing and distribution of medical devices. TubeClear uses Actuated Medical’s proprietary mechanical motion technology to clear clogs in nasogastric (NG) feeding and decompression tubes. Clearing NG tubes prevents disruptions in feeding and medication delivery and allows clinicians to maintain their focus on improving patient care. The system, which is comprised of reusable control boxes and single-use clearing stems, is designed, developed, and manufactured by Actuated Medical in the United States.
